Point of Contact discussion groups

Talking to our Points of Contact allows us to further develop our understanding of the student casework providers are currently dealing with, and the issues affecting their students. These discussions help us to better understand the challenges facing providers when dealing with this casework and some of the practices they may have developed to help overcome them.

The discussions are an excellent opportunity for attendees to share practice and learn from each other. The sessions are highly interactive and are most effective when all attendees come along prepared to share their thoughts.

Duration: up to 90 mins.
