Charlotte joined the Office from the Bar Standards Board in September 2008. Charlotte handles all media and stakeholder enquiries and was the key policy officer with responsibility for the logistics and knowledge management of The Pathway Report. Charlotte also plays a lead role in the creation of flagship publications and manages the e-newsletter and website.

Jane has joined us as Interim Policy and Communications Manager to cover Charlotte Corrish while on maternity leave. Jane has a strong background in communications and policy as well as the higher education sector and recent posts include Head of Communications and Public Affairs at the Higher Education Academy and Head of Corporate Communications at the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority. Most recently Jane has been working as a writer and communications consultant.

Steven du Crôs is the Digital Media Officer at the OIA and has been in the role since September 2011. His role incorporates social media and the way the company interacts with current technologies and the challenges that go with it. He is currently developing a social media strategy which will review the way the OIA communicates with its key audiences. He also controls and develops the website and internal communications within the office. He has a BA in Radio Production from Bournemouth University and used to work as a wine advisor.

Vytenis joined the OIA in May 2012 as a Data & Communications Officer. He studied Law at Reading University, and had previously joined the OIA as an intern in 2011 in which he helped develop the Pathway 3 Consultation.

As Outreach Co-ordinator, Charlotte's main responsibilities are organising the OIA's highly regarded workshop programme and the OIA's regular visits to universities and students' unions. She also assists the Enquiries Team.
